Email Redesign

 

I worked with a UI Designer and customer experience stakeholders to enhance the customer experience of our two main transactional emails. We added visual elements with clear language so customers could easily get a snap shot of where the order was. We also integrated relevant help content to address questions commonly handled by the call centre.
